Reservations & Dining Minimum
Dining with your dog requires a reservation. Standard dining visits are 60 minutes.
A $25 food-and-beverage minimum applies per reserved dining place. Food, drinks, and take-home purchases on the same check count toward the minimum. If your purchases total less than $25, only the difference is added to your bill. Tax and gratuity do not count toward the minimum.
Bakery Shopping & Takeout
You may visit without your dog to shop the bakery and purchase takeout without a dining reservation.
If your dog is accompanying you for takeout, please check in before entering and wait for our team to guide you inside. A takeout visit does not include reserved seating.
Bakery Purchase Limits & Larger Orders
In-store purchases are limited to two of each item per purchase. This helps keep our small-batch offerings available for more guests.
If you need more than two of the same item, please preorder online.
Preorders are prepared on Mondays for pickup during Tuesday service, or on Thursdays for pickup Friday between 5–8 PM. Friday pickups require a reserved pickup time because Blossom Hours are in session.
Preorder pickup is not available on weekends.
Arriving With Your Dog
Please check in before bringing your dog inside. Wait for our team to welcome you in and guide you to your dining space or the counter.
We guide arrivals and serve one dog party at a time at the counter to keep transitions comfortable. Please keep entrances and walkways clear.
Dogs & Guardians
Our standard is one dog per adult guardian. One adult may bring up to two dogs with advance approval. Contact us before booking to discuss your dogs and the space they need.
Guardians must remain with their dogs throughout the visit and be able to manage them comfortably. Approval for two dogs depends on the guardian’s ability to manage both dogs and maintain space from other guests.
Leashes & Equipment
Dogs must remain secured on a non-retractable leash no longer than six feet.
During seated dining, use a waist-worn leash or an approved fixed leash attachment where available. Leashes may not remain in the guardian’s hand during seated dining. Handheld leashes are welcome during entry, departure, and movement through the space.
Please keep your dog within your assigned dining area and prevent the leash from extending into walkways or neighboring spaces.
Retractable leashes, prong collars, martingale collars, electronic or shock collars, and Halti-style head collars are not permitted. Back clip harnesses Preffered for comfort and safety.
Properly fitted basket muzzles are welcome. Please let us know before your visit if your dog needs an accommodation.
Respecting Each Dog’s Space
Dining visits do not include dog-to-dog greetings or shared play.
Please do not approach, touch, feed, call to, or attempt to interact with another dog. Give other guests room when moving through the café and follow our team’s guidance.
Keep your dog in your assigned space rather than allowing them to approach neighboring tables.
Children & Age Requirements
Shared dining areas are for guests ages 18 and older.
Children ages 8 and older are welcome during Blossom Hours and approved private dining visits. A separate adult must supervise children while another adult handles the dog.
Children must remain with their supervising adult. Running, approaching other dogs, and moving between dining zones are not permitted.
Private Dining & Blossom Hours
Private dining and Blossom Hours offer additional options for guests who need a different setting.
Please contact us before booking to discuss your party, your dog’s needs, and availability. These visits still follow our check-in, equipment, supervision, and space guidelines.
When a Dog Needs a Break
Dogs communicate in different ways. Let our team know if your dog needs more space or a break.
If a dog is unable to settle, repeatedly enters another guest’s space, or creates a safety concern, our team may ask the guardian to step outside, adjust the visit, or finish with takeout.
Food Ingredients & Sensitivities
Please review our Ingredients page and tell our team about your dog’s allergies or food sensitivities before ordering.
We prepare products in a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Guardians are responsible for choosing items appropriate for their dogs.
Celebration Cake Orders
Celebration cake ordering opens November 14. Cakes are available by online preorder only.
Orders are prepared on Mondays for pickup during Tuesday service, or on Thursdays for pickup Friday between 5–8 PM.
Friday pickups require a reserved pickup time because Blossom Hours are in session. Please arrive at your scheduled time and follow our check-in instructions.
Preorder pickup is not available on Saturdays or Sundays.
