PRIVATE DINING + BLOSSOM HOURS
Prefer a quieter visit or space just for your household? Private Dining and Friday evening Blossom Hours offer a separate setting to enjoy Hound & Crumb together.
These experiences require advance booking. Tell us how many dogs and people will attend, including the ages of any children, so we can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Children ages eight and older are welcome in approved private bookings. An adult must actively supervise children while another adult manages the dogs. Children remain with their party and may not run, roam, approach other dogs, or disturb dogs while eating.
Requires advance booking.
Every Dog Needs Somewhere to Blossom.
STAY + PLAY IS COMING SOON
Dogs will enjoy staff-supervised play while guardians relax in a separate seating area.
Session times, eligibility, and booking details will be announced before reservations open. Food is enjoyed outside the active play area with appropriate breaks in between for digestion.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Check in before bringing your dog inside.
Stay with your dog while our team confirms that your space and entry route are ready.
Wait for our welcome before entering. Please keep the doorway clear rather than forming a line with other dogs.
Our team will guide you to the service area or your dining place.
Need help checking in? Our team can assist.
EVERY DOG GETS THEIR SPACE
Dogs do not need to greet or socialize with other dogs to enjoy Hound & Crumb.
Please do not approach, touch, call to, feed, or introduce your dog to another guest’s dog. Keep your dog within your assigned space and leave aisles clear.
Standard café visits remain on leash. Guardians stay with their dogs and follow our team’s guidance throughout the visit.
Big feelings are welcome. Muzzles are welcome. If your dog needs additional distance or a quieter arrangement, contact us before visiting so we can discuss suitable options. We simply ask everyone to respect the comfort and safety of the dogs around them.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Simple ingredients, clearly listed, because you know your dog best.
Review ingredients and tell our team about food sensitivities or dietary restrictions before ordering. Our café offerings are supplemental foods and treats.
We prepare fresh food in small batches, so availability may change throughout the day. A dining reservation secures your place; a confirmed preorder secures your selected food.
LEASHES + DINING
Dogs remain on leash during standard café visits.
While seated, dogs must be secured to their guardian with a waist-worn leash no longer than six feet, or use a Hound & Crumb-approved secured dining attachment where available. Handheld leashes are used when entering, leaving, or moving through the café.
Keep your dog within your assigned dining space and clear of aisles and neighboring dogs. Retractable leashes, prong collars, martingale collars, e/shock collars, and Halti’s are not permitted.
Guardians remain beside their dogs and responsible for them throughout the visit. Please contact us before booking if you need an alternative handling arrangement.
BRINGING MORE THAN ONE DOG
One dog per adult guardian is our standard arrangement.
One adult may bring up to two dogs with advance approval. Approval depends on the dogs’ handling needs, comfort eating near one another, and available space. Please include every dog in your booking and contact us before reserving this arrangement.
Larger dog parties require additional adult guardians or an approved private booking.
Our team may require separate food placements, additional space, or another adult guardian. Please do not bring dogs who were not included in your confirmed booking.
CHILDREN + FAMILY VISITS
Shared bakery and café areas are reserved for guests ages 18 and older.
Families with children ages eight and older may visit through an approved Private Dining or Blossom booking. Please review the private-experience requirements before reserving.
